Upgrade Policy

If you have 90 days or less left on your current contract or you are not under contract you are eligible for a handset upgrade. If you are not sure how long you have left on your contract please ask a sales associate for assistance.

A handset upgrade means we will provide a discount on the price of a new handset if you sign a 1 or 2 year service agreement. This price will vary based upon the length of contract.

Privacy Policy

Important Customer Privacy Notice

Federal law protects your privacy rights as a customer of DTC Wireless. These rights are in addition to the existing safeguards that DTC already has in place to ensure one’s privacy rights. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires DTC Wireless to notify all subscribers of their rights to restrict the use of their Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). You have the right, and DTC Wireless has a duty, under federal law, to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI.

Guarantee Policy

Try your DTC Wireless service for up to 14 days and if you are dissatisfied for any reason bring it back to the DTC Wireless location where you purchased it for a refund on your phone purchase.

3 Day Return Policy Details:
Equipment should be returned with the original box, manual and accessories and be free from any writing on the box or in the manual.
Customer will not be billed any charges for activation or service.
Customer will receive a full refund for equipment purchased. A credit memo will be sent to the accounting department for a check to be issued for the refund.
