HOW TO READ YOUR INVOICE

1. Account Number - Your account number. It will be helpful to have this number when calling customer service.
2. Due Upon Receipt - Bill must be paid upon receipt. A late fee will apply if payment is not received before the date shown.
3. Amount Enclosed - Please indicate the payment amount included with your remittance.
4. Remittance Address - Send your payment to this address with your remittance slip for proper credit to your account.
5. Account Summary - Information pertaining to your invoice, such as late fees, etc.
6. Previous Balance - Prior month bill charges and payments.
7. Payments Received - Balance paid from previous month.
8. Current Charges - The total of this month’s current activity.
9. Total Amount Due - Current charges plus any remaining prior bill charges.
10. Important Messages - Watch this section for monthly updates.
