DTC Communications, originally Dekalb Telephone, is the parent company of DTC Wireless.

DTC Wireless was first incorporated in 1991 as Advantage Cellular Systems. The corporate office is the center for all daily operations and is staffed of 13 full time and 3 part time employees.
