Guarantee Policies
Try your DTC Wireless service for up to 14 days and if you are dissatisfied for any reason bring it back to the DTC Wireless location where you purchased it for a refund on your phone purchase.
3 Day Return Policy Details:
Equipment should be returned with the original box, manual and accessories and be free from any writing on the box or in the manual.
Customer will not be billed any charges for activation or service.
Customer will receive a full refund for equipment purchased. A credit memo will be sent to the accounting department for a check to be issued for the refund.
Customer will be free of all contract obligations if he/she complies with all return policies.
14 Day Return Policy Details:
Equipment should be returned in good working condition with the original box, manual and accessories and be free from any writing on the box or in the manual.
Customer will receive full credit for equipment purchased on their DTC Wireless bill. A $10.00 restocking fee will apply and be billed to account.
Activation Fee will not be refunded.
Customer will be billed the rate plan charges, airtime and toll charges, and all applicable taxes and surcharges (including sales tax, federal excise tax, E-911 fee, and USF charge).
Calling charges may take up to 60 days to bill to account.
Customer will be free of all contract obligations if he/she complies with all return policies.
