If the phone displays “no service” or “emergency only” you may be in an area with insufficient coverage.

If your phone has been stolen, call your local police and obtain a police report number. Then, call customer service immediately and report that your phone has been lost or stolen. A customer service representative will suspend your service to protect your account from fraudulent use.

We have a number of phones to choose from. You must be eligible to sign a new service agreement. See your authorized sales center or contact customer service to review your options.

Yes. You may change your service plan according to your calling needs. Call customer service to review and analyze your current usage and recommend a plan that suits you best.

If you choose to terminate prior to the end of your contract an early cancellation fee will be assessed in addition to any remaining service and roaming charges. Contact customer service for more information.

We are unable to block just one particular number. However, Caller ID, a free service provided by DTC Wireless, allows you to preview the number before answering the call.

No, DTC Wireless does not offer or participate in a cell phone directory. We protect our customers’ privacy and keep their numbers confidential. If you are receiving unwanted calls from telemarketers you may list your number with the Federal Trade Commissions’ Do Not Call registry. To register go to www.donotcall.gov/ or call 888-382-1222.

Using all 10 digits instead of 7 will result in an improved calling experience each time you dial your phone. Advantages include your call completing correctly whether on our network or when roaming.
