Corporate Rate Plan Guidelines

1.Business/Corporations:
a. Any business that has five or more active lines in Advantage Cellular Systems, Inc. d/b/a DTC Wireless is eligible.
b. Each authorized subscriber must be an employee of that business or of a wholly owned subsidiary of that business.
c. Accounts not billed to the business directly will require appropriate authorization before corporate/business pricing is granted.
d. Standard credit approval applies to all applicants.
e. Existing DTC Wireless customers taking advantage of a corporate/business pricing will not qualify for compensation under agent, vendor or dealer contract.
f. A two year contract is required.
2.Associations:
a. Only associations with five or more active lines whose members are united for special business purposes are eligible (i.e. those that disseminate their active membership to individuals directly involved in specific industry). Members must not be associated for the purpose of attaining reduced cellular service rates.
b. All associations must be pre-approved by DTC Wireless or their resale agent before the corporate/business rates can be applied to their members.
c. Association must provide DTC Wireless or their resale agent with a current membership roster. Association affiliation will be cross-referenced with membership roster to qualify applicants for corporate/business pricing. Individuals not listed on the membership roster will not qualify for corporate/business pricing. Within the association only certain members are eligible to participate.
d. Standard credit approval process applies to all applicants.
e. Existing DTC Wireless customers taking advantage of an association’s corporate/business pricing will not qualify for compensation under any agent, vendor or dealer contract.
f. A two year contract is required.
