Wireless Voice Mail User Guide
Voice mail is a system that invites your callers to leave a voice message. It answers your calls accurately and efficiently with your own greeting.
It also allows messages to be stored for extended times – no need to write them down.
Voice mail can be activated when your wireless phone is busy or turned off. You can be assured that you will never miss an important call.
Initial Setup
From a Touch-Tone Phone:
- Dial Your local access number 615-683-5828 or 931-235-1100
- Follow the recorded instructions
- System will prompt for voice mailbox number, which is your 10-digit wireless number.
- Enter your password, followed by # (your password will default to "0000" until you change it)
Press 9 for Mailbox setup

- Press 1: Greeting Options
- Press 2: Change Password
- Press 4: Change Auto Login
- Press *: Return To Main Menu
- Press 0: Hear Instructions

- Press 1: Listen To Messages
- Press 7: Current Time & Date
- Press 9: Mailbox Setup
- Press 0: Hear Instructions
Retrieving Messages
To retrieve messages from your wireless phone or from a Touch-Tone phone dial your local access number:
615-683-5828 or 931-235-1100.

- Press 2: Save Message
- Press 3: Delete Message
- Press 4: Save Message As New
