A new service from DTC Wireless allows customers to back-up their phone contacts from their wireless phone to a secure location. This new service called Bak-uP, also allows contacts to be quickly edited using a PC. In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged phone, customers subscribing to the Bak-uP service will continue to have access to their contacts. Because this service uses the wireless data network with the phone, no cables or specialized software are needed.
